How does it work?
DROPS| Every few weeks we schedule a drop of assorted flavours and you can pre-order your box and pick up (from Mimico or Mississauga) or get it delivered to you!
CUSTOM ORDER | We take custom orders, you can order anything from our range of flavours and packaging as long as you meet the minimum (12 pieces per flavour) and give us atleast a 1 week notice.
CATERING |We also cater to corporate events, weddings and large events.
WHOLESALE| We offer a wholesale option for retail stores, cafes and restaurants.

What is a macaron?
Light almond, sugar and meringue-based cookies sandwiching a delicious cream filling. The perfect macaron is crunchy on top, soft and chewy in the middle, without air pockets, with the perfect “feet” and a well-balanced taste.
So why macarons?
It all began a few years ago when I watched an episode of a baking show where they made macarons. At this point, I had never even tasted a macaron or knew anything about them, but I decided to make them.
I am pretty sure it was beginner's luck, but my first batch turned out nice and I thought to myself “this is awesome, and I am awesome”. That bubble burst quite quickly when I tried baking macarons again.
The more I made them, the more I learned about them and really got into the technicalities and details. Now I was determined to make not just "nice" macarons, but "perfect ones". The next 2 months, I spent every evening after work baking a batch of macarons.
With each tray I got better and 8 weeks later, I baked perfect red velvet macarons. They were everything a macaron should be - hard shell, soft chewy inside, no air pocket, perfectly formed feet. I think that was the moment I fell in love with making macarons.
Since then, I have made hundreds of macarons for friends, family, colleagues and I can't wait for you to try them!
