Macarons are one of the most delicate and challenging desserts to master, requiring precision, patience, and practice. This class has been highly requested, and I’m excited to finally offer it!

While online tutorials are helpful, nothing beats hands-on guidance to fast-track your learning. In this intimate 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 masterclass, I’ll walk you through the entire process of making macarons from scratch—from the basics (like cracking an egg properly and choosing the right almond flour) to mastering macaronage and piping techniques, all the way to creating your very own batch of macarons to take home.

With only 1-2 students per session, you’ll receive personalized attention and support, ensuring you get the most out of the class. While macarons take time and practice to perfect, this session will give you the knowledge and skills to accelerate your journey. Even though I’ve been baking macarons for years, I still have days when they don’t turn out as expected—so don’t be discouraged if things don’t go perfectly right away. What matters is that you’ll have the tools, techniques, and confidence to keep improving and making delicious macarons!

Note: We’ll be making plain macarons in this class. It’s essential to get the base right before moving on to infusing flavours. I’ll teach you the theory behind infusing flavours so that you’ll be ready to experiment with different flavours on your own.
